Shipping Policy

At Byalmaklub, we produce on demand: each order is specially prepared for you within 1 to 5 business days. This allows us to avoid unnecessary stock and contributes to more conscious consumption.

Estimated Delivery Times:


Canary Islands: 3–7 days
Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5–12 days
Europe: 7–15 days
International: 15–20 days

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Shipping Costs:

  • The price is calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over €75.

Taxes and Customs

  • Customers in the Canary Islands: orders are not subject to additional indirect taxes (exempt under the Special Regime for Small Businesses or implicitly exempt under the Retail Trade Regime).
  • Customers in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: Orders shipped from the Canary Islands to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are usually subject to customs procedures upon arrival.
    In most cases, the customer will be required to pay:
    -Import VAT (21%)
    -Customs clearance fees (DUA)
    These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are set by the customs authorities in the destination country. Payment is usually requested upon delivery or during the customs clearance process through Correos or the corresponding courier service.
    Not all shipments go through the same level of inspection, but these charges are commonly applied for orders shipped to mainland Spain.
  • Customers in the EU and the rest of the world: purchases are considered exports and may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Issues

Byalmaklub is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier or customs authorities. Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the risk is transferred to the customer. We will assist in resolving shipping issues, but liability is limited to defective or damaged products reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be borne by the customer.

Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, except in cases where the law grants the consumer specific rights. This policy does not affect the legal rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
