Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Byalmaklub, all products are made to order and produced individually after the purchase is confirmed. Because these items are created specifically for each order and are not pre-manufactured stock, they are considered goods made according to the consumer’s specifications.
In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.
For this reason:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted once the purchase has been made, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transport.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with printing defects, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Please contact us at hello@byalmaklub.com, indicating your order number and attaching clear photos of the product and the packaging.
After reviewing the case, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or, if this is not possible, issue a full refund.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
- Errors in size or format selection made by the customer.
- Minor color differences compared to the images shown on screen (as colors may vary depending on the monitor or device).
- Damage caused by improper use after delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must do so as soon as possible after purchase. Once the order enters production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
